Use CoffeeCup's Password Wizard in VSD and on S-drive
Now create your login box with the Password Wizard and set the href for the page you want to protect. For me I entered I saved my Password Wizard project as login
Step 1
Now lets add the needed files to VSD
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<frameset rows="*,100%" border="0">
<frame name="hidden" src="hidden.html" marginwidth="0"
marginheight="0" scrolling="no" frameborder="0">
<frame name="visible" src="login2.html"
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="auto"
Open a HTML editor and paste this code into it and save it as a .html page. I named mine password.html. Adjust the visible src to the page in VSD that you will have your login box.
This needs to be the name of the page in VSD that will have your login box. For me it is login2.html
You'll need 3 pages in VSD for this to work. One that your going to protect, one that will have the login box that the Wizard makes and one that will work as the holding page for this workaround. The pages should all be the same width and height. If there's a height difference turn scrolling on by adjusting the code on the workaround page to say scrolling="yes" This is what I've done because of these instructions.
The page I'm protecting is
The page that has the login box is
The page that holds the work around is
Step 2
Step 3
Step 4
Step 5
page 1
page 2
page 3
Now goto the page that will have the login box and add a HTML box and paste the code generated by the Password Wizard into the Body HTML. For this example it's login2.html
Now goto the page that will hold the workaround. For me it is login.html. Place a HTML box on that page and make it the same size as the page itself and center over the page. For me that is 1000 x 1000. Now paste the code below to the Body HTML.
<iframe src="login2.html" width="1000" height="1000" scrolling="no" frameborder="0">
<p>Your browser does not support iframes.</p>
Adjust the src to what you named your page that has the login box.
Step 6
<script type="text/javascript">
if (parent.frames.length==0)
Now paste the code below to the head of the page that your protecting. For me it was protect.html
Adjust the login.html to what you named your page that holds the work around.
Step 7
Click on "Add Files" then click {Root} then add files at the bottom. Now browse to the html page that you made with the editor. For me it was password.html
ctrl + alt + f
Next add the .swf file that the password Wizard created to the {Root} of your site. For me it was login.swf
You'll have to publish this in order to preview because of the absolute link refrence in the Password Wizard.

Any links that are on this page should be set to Same Frame (_self) if you want to stay within the security frame. Then make sure you add the script in step 6 to the head of any pages you link to. If you want a link to bust out of the security window set it to Parent Frame (_parent). This is what I have done on the link back to my home page.
Make these pages in VSD as you would any other page on your site.
Design page as you like.
Design page as you like.
This page will only have the html box on it and nothing else.
